I'm Lucy and coaching is my passion.
My success rate is based on my individual approach to my relationships with clients. You will feel like I am on your team, and know that I have your own and your clients' best interests at heart.
I won't give you an easy ride, because that's not what great coaches do. But I will be there for you as you make the tough decisions and support you to dig deep in order to become the best leader you can be.
I know how tough it is to be in your shoes and to manage the weird and wonderful things you manage day to day.
But I also know, that in order for your company to succeed, you've got to figure out a way of managing all those things, whilst still being the captain of your ship, demonstrating clarity, vision and confidence.
To inspire ambitious companies to grow internal coaching cultures.
To facilitate growth by increasing leaders' confidence in taking decisions in spite of challenges.
To support and champion women leaders, particularly in Technology.
To champion humanity in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
Background and Qualifications
I spent six years working at Deutsche Bank after graduating, working internationally for a wide range of internal clients in the Human Resources and Talent functions.
A sabbatical volunteering in Uganda teaching English and establishing an adult training centre opened the door to working with Fordham University in Spain, where I joined forces with lecturers delivering Humanitarian Aid training.
Later on, at Hitachi Ltd, I ran the Learning and Talent team and was also the HR Business Partner for the Technology function. It was here that I qualified as a Coach in 2012. In 2015 I started consultancy work and have been working as a Facilitator, Executive Coach and Consultant since then, starting 3LD in 2018.
Qualifications and Training
I hold a degree in French with Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management. I am a qualified Executive Coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching, with a certificate in Gestalt Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching. As a member of the Association of Coaching, I continue to develop my skills and techniques and am in the process of gaining my Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. I have regular coaching supervision and am an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step 1, the TMS Team Management Profile, Be Talents 360, Strengths Profile, 360 Team Connect and Fuel 50.
