How does it work?

We meet, chat and see if we want to work together.

We agree your key objectives and outcomes for the coaching programme alongside your sponsor (if you are not the CEO).

You will receive eight x 1.5 hours coaching sessions, in person or virtually.

Unlimited email/ Slack/ WhatsApp support between sessions.

You’ll be granted access to my library of leadership and coaching resources

We'll have a mid-way review to check that you are on track. If appropriate, your Sponsor also attends this.

We’ll end with an intensive review of your 1:1 Coaching, where you’ll have a map setting out your next 12 weeks following the end of our time together.
